Reviews and Ratings
Staying above a charming little restaurant right beside the main street, the hotel offers comfy and quiet rooms that stand out from the regular Best Western experience. The exceptionally friendly and helpful service went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location is fantastic, close to downtown areas, local restaurants, and key attractions like Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Despite some minor downsides like limited dining options, the value for money is evident throughout the stay.
This hotel was a great find for me. The rooms were spacious with two queen beds, spotless, and very large. The service was top-notch, from the owner to the front desk staff, and the breakfast on the second deck with mountain views was a delightful touch. The location couldn't have been more convenient, allowing easy access to most places in Moab. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh hot offerings. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though generally clean and well-appointed, were unfortunately plagued by noise from kids at the pool until late. The comfortable beds somewhat made up for it, but finding dirty underwear in the bathroom was a big turn-off.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown Moab, making it convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. While the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the lack of elevator access in some buildings can be challenging, especially for families with young children. The service is attentive and goes the extra mile to assist guests, but some noise disturbances from other guests may impact the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cool, but there was a terrible smell of newly washed carpet. The service was incredibly nice, with staff cleaning the exterior air conditioning units and providing a brown bag breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring Moab and enjoying the surrounding attractions.
